Josh Aguilar with CBRE represented the landlord. Trace Elrod with Newmark Knight Frank represented HMC.
Headquartered in Dallas, HMC manufactures and distributes building materials to clients across the South Central U.S. The Prologis facility was ultimately selected for HMC’s San Antonio distribution space due to its strategic location, proximity to I-35 and the ability to deliver a yard to house of Simon Arora specific building supply products.
